Hi, the people that have a fgtech with bdm, how are you guys using it?
in china copy they have a few adapters for bdm, in euro one there are no adapters or instructions

any tips?

I was told bdm function wont work unless certain components inside unit are changed

that was for the v50..you had to change serveral ICs with original one if BDm did not worked, starting v51 that was fixed. euro clones are ok, but are u sure it is eruo?

if you have no adapters you can still connect by soldering directly the cables

Which euro clone you got ?

BDM works fine on euro galletto

i got euro clone

also got those cheap chinese adapters

did a edc16 via bdm

worked no problem

work on v48 portugeze and v54 EU ;)

i confirme i have euro clone and work with BDM and use this manual all ok dont worry.

y hate adapters too.. better to just solder directly. and Euro clones are supposed to work as BDM.

i wanna use with magframe, been told it shud work, jus didnt knw pinouts

Inside your FGtech box you will find an adapter to change the pinout, you will need to run this adapter inline to use your MagFrame with adapters. Well at least that was the case for me.

for me i follew all lines from fgtech connector to adaptator with springs to be sure.
