SKybox f3 help

Have a skybox f3 all set up and has been working. Went to try a friends subscription as they said it wasnt working, when i went to put mine back on (the newcamd.list file) after i select upgrade it and click info it says file not found. Its the only file on my usb stick.

any help would be great
