CAT ET 2010A V1.0 NOT STARTING

I clicked in CAT ET 2010A icon on my desktop, what i see on the screen is Etech.exe not initialising. And ET will not start. I have even tried to repair it, not still starting. Can anyone help?

Please reinstall/clean install CAT ET and register after that.
