Did you contact SMOK about it?
Never heard problems with this.
What option did you use to adjust km?

I have the same problem. What is the procedure and software to fix the TT dash? Is the dash just in boot mode?

procedure is ...
1. read flash via x-prog
2. fix flash : LINE 0xF7FE0 : FFFF FFFF FFFF 5E00 00EA AAAA 5555
3. write flash ...

So read the Micronas via x-prog? or read the 24LC2 via x-prog?

I used x-progm 5.60
Your instructions were a bit confusing because you instructed to replace on line 0xF7FE0
FFFF FFFF FFFF 5E00 00EA AAAA 5555

The error line is
AA55 FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF

So I was a bit confused on where to insert

AA55 FFFF FFFF FFFF 5E00 00EA AAAA 5555
or the entire line

FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF 5E00 00EA AAAA 5555

After a review of other posts with the same corrupted cdc3712g it seems that the security algorithm writes to line 0xF7FE0
AA 55 FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF

and locks up the dash from booting. the AA55 was written on line 0xF7FE0 to all of the non booting dashes.

So I'm assuming that on line 0xF7FE0

FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF 5E00 00EA AAAA 5555

is normal boot?

my corrupt and correct files are attached, please let me know if my conclusions are correct.

Flashed the corrected bin to the dash and everything is back to normal

Thanks Pawel and igorr!

Why Dont you do it by diag, flash repair with smok?

1. I don't have smok.....
2. Smok JTAG BDM Programmer costs $100 USD
3. Micronas Authorization for Smok is $184 USD

MY Chinese clone x-progm cost $103 USD includes 24 authorizations ( Micronas, Motorola, ST,etc) and 20 adapters.
Works like a charm and read the Micronas CDC3217G on the first click!
