tomtom maps for tomtom 710 please and help!

hello all,

I have in the past update my old tom tom 300 with new maps but that was ages ago!!!! i now have a tomtom 710 with 6.55 maps. i would like the latest UK maps and will i need the new navcore ?

and simple instruction on how to do this please..lol

just tried a couple , one says no maps found , the other freezes at the tomtom logo ... i think may my device id is wrong - do i need a keygen ?
