well i did a quick look and a google search it mostly brings up Chinese models

you can either change the tablet language and maybe the keyboard language options if need be on the operating system

here is how you can access the language options then choose your preferred
click Start,Control Panel, then on Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options

also try to recalibrate the tablet screen

Open Tablet PC Settings by tapping the Start button https://origin-res.windows.microsoft.com/resbox/en/windows%207/main/4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818.jpg, and then tapping Control Panel. In the search box, type Tablet PC Settings, and then, in the list of results, tap Tablet PC Settings.
On the Display tab, under Display Options, tap Calibrate. https://origin-res.windows.microsoft.com/resbox/en/windows%207/main/18abb370-ac1e-4b6b-b663-e028a75bf05b_48.jpg If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Follow the instructions on the screen, and then tap Yes to save your calibration settings.

Thank you for your prompt answer, well I've already tried that but the OS is in chinese and I think it doesn't have the english package installed, about calibrating the touch screen it works with the chinese OS but not with the english one, the calibration is also inverted, when i touch the point it doesn't work, it works only when I touch the opposite point

Thank you very much

Can you install the touch screen driver from the Chinese version into the english version of the os.
I also found this Download Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 Recognizer Pack from Official Microsoft Download Center (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=1601)
Microsoft? Windows? XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 Recognizer Pack adds international handwriting recognizers to a Tablet PC or other personal computer

in the touchscreen setup (english version) is there a way to change the language to chinese, then do the calibration?
I did find this for another touchscreen, maybe its driver would work http://www.eturbotouch.com/dimage%5Cdriver_n%5C200942810105512.pdf
page 17 had some info other than this I have no idea. This is about the best I can do to help you, maybe someone else as a better idea.
