BBC iPlayer standalone beta 0.3r2 oe1.6.rar fix

this is for the bbc iplayer oe.1.6
it updates it to v3
delete the .py file
overwrite the .pyo file and the .png in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions with the included files

restart the box

this works on every box i have tried it on dm800 and vu solo upgrading from the bbc iplayer 1.0
