upa: vdd vcc out of range

i have this error when i try to read st95080 from renault laguna ecu, for immo off.
what to do, anyone had problem like this?

read incircuit???remove and read again .and clean good..try

Klemen Is jumper J1 open or closed?

Read voltmeter values,possible bad contact on external voltage input.
