help to make a transponder for kia rio

hi friends
plz i need to make a transponder to start kia rio 2005 all keys are lost

so i want to know:
1)transponder chip id
2)the part have to remove from the car
3)the device to use to get a programmed transponder to start the car.

note :the car is far from me,so i requested from customer to remove the immo ,he will come back tomorrow.

Hi mate,

Transponder ID is 4d60, you must remove immo box and the eprom inside is 93c46. You can programed with tango or Arbrites tag key tool.
Or the easy way is by OBD with sbb, caculate pin code by vin, and use a balnk 4d60
