w211 E220 Costumer is so angry ... :)

Hi all
I have a MB w211 with burned ECU
The car is E-class year 2003 with edc16 ecu
I bought a second hand ecu and try to match it to car but after i adapt to car there was some error with dpf and some other things becouse the ecu number was different
Today i got a full set ecu+ESL + EZS and key and mount to car ... all was fine just one error with Presure sensor... (check ECU)
The problem is not in sensor ... i have check it ... the problem is ecu ...100%
The car is sitting in my garage for more than 3 weeks and the problem is that the costumer bring the car to me in good condition ... but the ecu was changed before and the numbers in ecu with board inside are different

Can anyone help me with bdm file or something to finish this job
i will appruciate becouse costumer want to kill me :$

why not swap old ecu eeprom and flash? phisically.
What exactly pressure eror do you get? and can you read your current ecu?

Post Print out of Dtcs ! looks like Airmass meter which will have to be adapted with starr, differential pressure sensor is for DPF !

why not swap old ecu eeprom and flash? phisically.
What exactly pressure eror do you get? and can you read your current ecu?
Friend i can not read the ecu by bdm becouse mpc is damaged
When i put flash and eeprom from old ecu to new the fan went ON
And no communication with ecu.

After a loot of tryes i lost the ori eprom file so all i have now is new ecu .


P.S the costumer had problem with ecu before and someone have change the ecu case so i don't know wich should be the correct number for this ecu so i can just find one and adapt to my car .

WHY nobody want to help me :(
I try with 5 different ECU-s but i am allways having truble and costumer want to kill me if i not fix his car within 2-3 days
The car is E200 and the ecu that he bring me had a small problem with MPC ... and when i was trying to resolder it i damage it .
I try to put flash and eeprom in new ecu but it didn't work . FAN goes ON and it won't work . i try all metod of swaping but it didn't work.
I got 3 other ecus from other cars . One i got with esl and ezs and car start fine but it allways getting me error with air presure sensor . ( the sensor that masure the air that come inside the motor)... and the car go only to 30rpm
I try with another ecu and there wasn't any error with air presure sensor but it show me an error with ESP .
Can anyone help me please or find me a good bdm reading for this car.
i will appruciate very much if anyone can help me get out of this situation

It will be good when You will write all numbers from original ecu.

the ecu was changed before and the numbers in ecu cap are different from originall that car should have (they change only the cap wich i think they take from one vito ecu) . the numbers in changed cup are 0281 012 ...
And i lost somewhere after a loot of reading and writing the original ecu eeprom data :S so i am not abble to find the sw number too ...

Friend the old ecu is damaged . Ghe mpc is damaget so it is imposible to connect through bdm .

So maybe You should call to the dealer and ask which ECU should be in this car by the VIN number.

Post the VIN, what numbers can you see on the orig ecu? in the mean time here is a full BDM of a w211 2.2 CDI if it helps

You need full BDM, make ECU virgin and adapt with DAS.

I see you have have write E270 in your rararchive . Is it 2.2 or 2.7?

Somebody before messed with original ecu and i think he change the ecu CAP. (that means that label in ecu could not be same) however this is the numbers that i found on those caps

when i am changin the flash content and i am making the eeprom virgin when went to car the car FAN goes on and it only ask for online coding... it won't let me code the ecu
If i put the flash that come witth new ecu and make eeprom virgin the fan is off and i can code it but i am having sensor errors :S

Nobody have full bdm for this car ?.

WDB211004 it?s a E200 not E220, check in epc the right ECU to your VIN.
Flash and MPC must match otherwise don?t work.

i vuld put original ezs and esl in car and that first ecu vhere you just swapped eprom and car started. then i vuld take the car to dealer to make an update of flash vith star and the car vulld be ok i think. you can cange 100 of ecus and you vill still have problems.
ps: if ori ecu is 0 281 012 ..., then you have to look for that hardware
not 0 281 011... or 0 281 013
and i know there is no external flash in 0 281 012 .. al is in mpc so you culdnt cange eprom and flash

for this car as is e200 w211004.they are is spesial exception.for that you clone you must find same number of ecu...eny other will dont work.even in the most successful clone car after 12klm will stop work.only the same ecu number.

and the corect ecu for this vin is 6461534379-replace with 9879.this ecus are the only will work..

+1. Had Land Rover in the shop, with ORI ecu car start in 1 of 3 tries, 1 of 5 some times. Replaced it with slightly different part number, car start no problem everything work. everytime after 10-20km check engine come on for Secondary Air injection..... put old ecu back no error but each time need to try many times to start the car.

ECU NUMBER MUST MUCH 100%. CALL DEALER for EXACT P/N.
