Help need dump 0D62J vito immo box

Hi, guys
i tryed to read motorola 0d62J with UPA programer without success. Now i read with x-prog 5.3 and all data is deleted.
Has somebody dump for immo box TEMIC 020 545 58 32 Motorola MC68HC05X32 (0d62J) and could you add my key?
Key data is:
ABD09386A0CDE003 TEMIC 12
or i have to make new transponder?
Could be remote control synchronised or will not work any more?
Car is Mercedes Vito 2.2 CDI 99y
ECU Bosch 0281010234

Any help will be appreciate.

i clear my dump with Mercedes starterror softwear but the car doesn't start.
