Is needed ST16 and ST53
DODGE - RAM 2004
The diagnostic connector is located in the driver's footwell. Turn the ignition on the vehicle. Connect the adapter with the connector ST53 DIGI PROG. Now connect the ST-16 with the ST-53 and then connect it to the diagnostic port.
Select the program: Cars / Trucks - DODGE RAM 2003 - 2006 DIAG
The DIGIPROG displays the old / wrong Mileage.
Program and completed the new / correct Mileage.
Remove all solder joints again and ready.

It's not a cable but an adapter board that the ST16 plugs into. However it does not work on the Digi clone.

Have u tried one . Why won't it work is it a missing component on mainboard

Yes I have tried as well as the HC 12 cable. When i tried the ST53 cable the Digi started smoking and said no connection.
