Hey
Please can someone help me?

I've purchased a Skybox F5- everything is great so far. However, I'm experiencing a few problems and if someone can help, Id be most grateful :)

Whenever I watch Sky Sports/Movies, the picture and sound quality is clear. However, the picture will freeze for about 2-3 seconds and then continue. It's quite annoying lol... Anyone know how I can stop this? I've tried moving the wifi router away incase this is causing interference, however this hasn't helped. Also, whenever the house phone rings and I go to answer it, the picture on the TV freezes and it says 'scrambled'- its very strange. Once the call has ended, the viewing resumes.

The main problem is the 2-3 second freezing issue. The firmware on the box is dated 31-Oct-2012 so it's very old. Do you think this could do with updating and would help?

Hi are you connected by the wifi dongle ??????

Hello.
The connection is live through an Ethernet cable connected from the F5 box to the router
I'm with O2 Broadband

I will just let you Know now where this is heading and it should not be, If your Free to Air channels are absolutely fine then the other channels and its problems cannot be discussed in any great detail
