Found this chip in a Alfa 155 2.0TS 16V -97. ECU 0261204422.

Does anyone recognize it and can tell what tuning company made it?

It has a copy protection circuit, so I doubt it's a cheap one from Ebay.

Socket on ECU is PLCC32. First level CB seems to be a PLCC32 to DIL adapter. If you look close on the second level CB you can see that it has some ICs on the downward facing side. Can't see the use of active components if it isn't copy protection.

plcc32 socket width adapter to 27c512 uv DIPP !
thing over the DIPP eprom are to handle against the ecu box !
here do you see the soic ?!

Just got a confirmation from the UK company Autodelta (http://www.autodeltashop.com/product_info.php?products_id=187) that it is one of their eproms.
