By now I think it's time to help all friends of the forum ... I hope it's something pleasant ... the simple solution and 'the only way to run your software in the event asked you to run the renewal ....any kind xp professional and home edition ..no Windows7
Then put the xp cd in the drawer ... control panel .. so the options .... international languages... languages...... put a check mark on both the empty boxes and wait for the PC loads of everything 'it needs. reboot ... and it all works!
