How to read 25040 Opel Astra H fuse box? GM13206746

Look at my pictures first.

On the motherboard there is a Eeprom 25040 under the plastic pin-holder.
I can`t desolder the 25040, no room under the plastic pin-holder.

Do someone know how to read it on motherboard?

I have desolder Eeprom 25040 now and read it, se dump.
(You have to distroy plastic holder a bit to desolder Eeprom)

Do some one know hos to virgin this dump?
Is`t only to "FF" VIN and workshop can program onTECH2? or?

i think you need to erase VIN and PIN....

Vin is easy to find but pin is coded...
