DVD quick start up ?

I have a Samsung series 3 notebook and an external disk drive, I want disks to play automatically , is there an easy way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for replies.

on windows 7 put the disc in let it load then open my computer and right click the dvd/cd and click 'open autoplay'

when u have opened auto play select the device to always use then put the tick in the box
