BMW X5 E53 EWS3 and ME9.2 synch

Hi to all.

Car is BMW X5 E53 2005 4.8i. I need synchronize EWS3 with used ECU Bosch ME 9.2. Original ecu is dead (filled by water), eeprom and flash is broken.

Can this be made Virgin so I can synch the CAS with DME
BOSCH part number 0261209020, BMW part# 7542310,

This ECU is form 545 not form 745.
Write this file and try to sync with diagnostic tool.

If does not work you need to read eeprom as well not just flash, eeprom has also immo data.
