Hi

I have a Skybox F5. I have been using it for a few months without any problems. However, since yesterday there appears to be a fault. I cannot connect. When inside Wifi settings I have been trying to input the wifi password, and it keeps saying "connecting..." and then a timed out message appears. (Wifi Manager states: Device On, Not connected. DHCP on.) I have also tried it with an ethernet cable but still cannot get online with it. The wifi on 2 laptops is working with no problems, and with the ethernet cable as well.

Any advice or help with this problem is appreciated. Thank you

More than likely it is a problem with your supplier - contact them for confirmation.

Sounds like another FUBARD F5 box ready for the bin

You might want to check this link out & have a read http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f5/forum-rules-2/ (line 6) before you ask another question

Otherwise you might not be able to ask another one

Have you got the YouTube App in your Firmware and if so have you got connection to the Internet.
If so then your box is talking to the net and fine. You have a problem with your CS server.
Can't say anymore regarding CardSharing im afraid due to rule's..........

I just wanted to say thank you to all the feedback, it's appreciated. I reloaded all the channel lists, and made sure all the details were correct. Still no gain, and I switched it off. This morning, it is now magically working. I believe the box is faulty or being temperamental!
