Looking for help on vbf files.

Is there a way to convert vbf2bin or vbf2 hex?

You dont need to convert it, just open .VBF file in hex editor, take a look 30 minutes different files and you will get the pathern. Every .VBF file is just a small part of some defined bin file + instruction: Soft. Number, HW Number and so on.... :)
