How to add channels to Favs

I have F3 / F5 around the house and I am looking to add SD Sky Sports 1,2,3 etc to my sports fav list either via remote or via Mediabox Editor.

How do I do this?

You will have to Scan them in first on the transponder all the TP information and which ones to scan are here: Astra 1N / Astra 2A / Astra 2D / Astra 2F / Eutelsat 28A / Eutelsat 28B (28.2?E) - All transmissions - frequencies - KingOfSat (http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php)
