Volvo Bosch 0285001256 CR16 RAM error

Hi i have volvo v80 bosch 0285001256 airbag unit with cr16 mcu and error: internal control module ram error.
Is there any solution for this error? i atach dump of cr16

we have tried to read 0285001256 as we know we must read from motorolla
do you have anu idea how we can read also we used ornage 5 programmer?
we must desolder or to leave chip up to pcb?
can you send me some pictures to help me?
