box got blue screen after rescan

hi rescanned f3 box it got blue screen after cant do nothing with it rescanned to get some chans that were missing ,,,,now box is dead .....is this down to memory space on box ie cant hold all channel info ......please help :blue:

It could be if you have scanned it a few times or are using motorised and got to many channels.

Are you getting anything on the display, even two tiny dots?

no on fixed dish ....just scanned it ,,,and got blue screen then nothing anyone else had this
