Is there any way to make a used elv from b6 virgin?

yes but must be mcu hc08 inside

no it is with elmos :-(

or is it possible to adapt a used one also with VCDS? or must it be NEW?

It should be possible to use an used ELV.
But check also the 2 switches in the ELV and replace them these are the most commen failures on these ELV's.
