if your tool is original why not write direct to MagicMotorSport to receive support.

here you will get something but not official support!

it will cost you probably about the same amount of money to fix the problem now.

Is the message security mode activated on the cluster? Or in the fault/event memory?

If its on the cluster you have a CAN fault problem

If the message is being displayed on the COMMAND unit you with need the pin re entered with STAR

If its in the event memory(not fault memory there is a difference), disconnect the battery for 15 mins

What engine is this? Om651

M8, New ecu will be more expensive than subscription, you will expend the money y a new ecu and will still without asissistance.
I think you should pay for subscription and ask for unlock file to magicians.
At the end with the same amount of money you will get more results.

Regards.

you can find spare ecu on ebay for cheap if you have a backup of your ori it's not a problem to deal with ecu as many people used to say.
what ecu / engine it is ?
