Options for Volvo EDC17CP48 ECU's

Anyone some solution for doing these Volvo EDC17CP48 ECU's. As far as I know no commercial tool can do these ECU's so far because of this Pin access code related and unique with each car's VIN.

Is it Renesas mcu in the unit?

On EVC's page it give boot pin info however, says that ECU is not possible to read and is password protected. Anyone has experience with Optican?

No option at the moment.

I know Rica can do them, as far as I know they cooperate with Volvo itself and get pin access code accoring VIN for each vehicle and are able to do those cars over OBD. On Optican there is a ECU layout diagram listed, but car itself is not in tools list. Pin layout in known and familiar but reading password is the key that commercial tools can't do so far...

Only Ricatune can do it at the moment.
Or you have to read the pass manualy in bootmode, but then you have to do the checksum also manualy....

Why that, manuel cks correction? EVC states on it's web under BSL tool infos boot pin and says "Password can't be read"...
