Vectra C cim locked out

Hi I had to replace bcm cim and solder dashboard connector, as the car would cut out while driving. I got the car to crank over a few times, keys programmed etc. However no the cim will not accept the security code, even after leaving the car on for 24 hours.

Can the cim be reset or is it junk? Ive posted the ecu eeprom in immo forum to see if somebody can remove the immobiliser. Running out of ideas and the customer out of patience.

Well tell costomer to put their hand in pocket and buy new sim

It's the new cim that's locked, dam thing did turn over a few times after fitting. There's a lot of low speed canbus faults

you have leave cim on the car with ignition on?

Yes I have tried that it still wont accept code car chassis number is ok so I presume the security code should be ok too
