Injector learn failed Clio 1.5L dci delphi

Hi!
I have a strange case! firstly my car not start and diag impossible! Then i replace ecu because no ecu light in the dash so always the same problem!!!:grey:After i check the wires, there some broken wires!After car start but always in iddle with new ecu(I put original eeprom inside)!Secondly, i virginase eeprom so injector learning very difficult!!!:grey::grey::grey:If the all code was learn, the car not start then remove the pod of the battery so car start but always in iddle!!!After i put the old ecu(the original) so always in iddle!!!
So my question is why i can't do injector learning in the new ecu and old ecu???
In diag, no dtc!!!

Had this, unplug all injectirs and egr valve, then try coding, then plug injectors in
