changed skin,now won't reboot

hi, have just acquired the new dm800hd se with coloured screen and a8p sim card, have just changed a skin on box, now box keeps rebooting till almost loaded,then we get the green screen of death.box keeps on repeating this all the time,if i press mini flashup button on back and switch on display comes on and shows"sim2 and 4,then comes up with the infamous no ca found, and that is where i'm stuck for the mo as i cant use dreamup as its only got com1 port,if i try via network on dreamup,it does'nt get detected. box just carries on rebooting, strange thing is when box keeps rebooting i can access box via DCC and FTP it and that is where i'm truely stuck. i'm hoping a rs232>usb will sort it out for me when it arrives. unless anybody else has got any ideas.cheers jim. is it poss to do a factory reset somehow,possibly via remote?

Bummer, means i did'nt have to order adapters after all!, still it's always handy to have them, just in case
