Astra F X16SZR Immo Off

Hello!I have a Astra F,X16 SZR.Lost all key's.I read HC11 eeprom and modify it than write it.The car starting fine but the check engine light is on.I read the DTC,P0602 ECM Programming Error.What did I do wrong?How do I fix it?The ECU is Delco,16214229.I attach the original eeprom file:208232
