I have a problem with Zafira 1.9 cdti (same as FIAT) ECU BOSCH 0281014452 EDC16C39.Cold start is very difficult. No faults in engine ECU,
warm start OK and motor run OK.Starter OK, Battery OK, I notice that car starts without any problem if I disconnect the temperature sensor.
Any help will be appriciated.

Well, it seems temperature sensor is bad, try fitting another one.

I would first measure the compression on a cold engine

When cold...with sensor pluged, do you see the glow plug indicator on dash and glow realay working? i usually put a test lamp to one of the glow plugs. to check illumination.

Obviously preheat is not a problem, because car starts immediatly if I disconnect the temperature sensor and then it is no need to wait any time for preheating.

Which temp is inside parameter in engine ecu when the car is cold?

It is the same as AIR temperature, 20 - 30 degres when the engine is cold.

hi!
check with the multimeter between the two pins, with cold engine has to have about 2.8 volts at 20 degrees.
and 0.3 volts at 90 degrees.
edc16 the EDC15 and when the starter motor is in poor condition missing boot rpm.
rpm look good but not good
sorry for my English

Your problem is condition of starter, batery or motor because when you unplug temp sensor glow plug help engine to start and by this temp normally not need glow plug it start with compresion

Compression is on cold engine is OK, also no need to preheat when I disconnect temp. sensor motor start immediately! Loks like solution is cold start map in flash.
So I attach dump if anybody can point me to address of the map please.
