can some one show me where is the immo located in thgat car?
its a 2007 model
engine ecu is 1MZ - FE

Almost certain that the immobilizer is contained in the engine computer. It is located behind the glove box.. It will be located in IC900 location on the board. 93C56..

The immobilizer can be reset via OBD port on the vehicle.
2004-2006 Lexus RX330
Type 2 Immobilizer.
There is a quick reset option available on some diagnostic tools that eliminates the 16 minute reset procedure. But reading the EEPROM and producing a chip may be faster if this option isn't available.


I do not show any information on a 2007 year model RX330. It looks as if the RX330 changed to the RX350 in 2007-2009 and includes the RX400H still remains the same procedures for the type 2 immobilizers.

No I don't think so 4c early in ECU ( flash only ) type 2 4d separate immo. Not inside the ECU need to marry system once immo. Is flash with the register key. Or use orange quick reset tool.
