unzip software for mac

Hi All, does anyone know of a program for my mac that will allow me to unzip AJ's channel list so that i can put it onto my usb?

Edit; If it's just a zip file, you should have Archive Utility already on your Mac.

Its TP_PROG.dbs ? im not the brightest of sparks and i may be making a fool of myself but i tried your link and it wont unzip with that either? :blue:

If that is the file that you can see, it is already unzipped and ready to use.

it is great and free on the app store....
