autocom 2012.3 problem

hy to all, i have recently bought autocom 2012.3, i install it every goes fine, then i connect it to the car and it said that i must update firmware, i have done that. Autocom was updated succesfuly, and VCI found normaly, but there is no comunication with car. What i do wrong? is wrong that i update firmware, i shouldnt done that or is that ok? or maybe is something wrong with tester itself?

Which interface VCI type, cdp pro or cdp+?

at which car you tested your interface?

cdp+, and i tried on golf 5 tdi, fiat 500, opel corsa,... only on honda accord 2007 was working normaly that is strange

take the pcb out of it's casing start checking solder on relay's including the pcb an the 2 can line transcievers

Seems that you have bad CAN and KLine transcievers, if you can return it to seller and demand new one,
otherwise repair cost can be very high, much more than value of new device.
