I tried programming range rover sports 2006, all key lost with Maxidas DS 708
This is the procedure used. But car did not start

Setup and configuration

Program Key
During this key programming ask
How many keys : 1
Insert key and press OK
Set ignition key off
Please ensure ignition off
Run engine for more than 6 min to initialize key setting, after six min please perform the following
Set Ignition to zero
Check that both fobs are functioning correctly including third button operation by manual operating with each key
All keys have been programmed correctly
No of keys programmed: 1
Engine not cranking

I used Maxidiag to check error.
Here is error message
KEY SWITCH INPUT STATUS - CRACK OFF
KEY SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL STATUS - CRANK SWITCH OFF
Question: This is new key from Abk.ae paid $680 for this key. Is it locked now?
Question: Is there any tool to program this car or maxidas cannot do it
Car is 2006 range rover sport.
