Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a one time programmable memory,so,no way.

if there is no window that can not be erased, if there is can be erased using UV lamp for 20-30 minutes...

FYI if it's the OTP as said and need to buy a new one, take W27C512 by Winbond. it's a drop in replacement that can be electrically erasable (by beeprog).
