Lexus Gs 350 2013

Hello everybody, Im working on a lexus GS 350 2013. It has a 93c66. For some reason i cant get a good read on the chip. I use an eeprom clip to connect. Im not sure if my clip is bad, or if this eeprom must be removed from the board. Does anybody have any insight? Thank you.

Write than you use. If you do not use the soldering station umeesht then you do it better not to do.

Mate you ask for advice .. it is given but you don't want too !!!!!!..... why ask then?, try a different occupation then coz,you ain't cut out for this one .
