VDO dash selfmade car Continental WWG 437 015 002X date 51/009

Customer is building a selfmade car in Germany and want to import the car. The dash is new, I found a NXP 8582-2 eprom it and was able to read it. I told the customer before he must drive some km because it had zero km. Actual km is 39,9km I need 6500 km. So if someone knows this dash maybe he can help (see dump). Otherwise I have to let the customer drive again that's not easy he lives far away from me. Thanks.

If dash same like JCB , eeprom philips PCF8582 . KM stored in 060 line I use Tachosoft . Try and report :-)
Pin4 --- 12v+
Pin3 --- GND

Open Skype, i will explain :) Had some time to expermiment this morning, calculation is km/10 not same as tachosoft. Thanks all for the feedback and putting me in the right direction. km is on adress 64,65,66,67, easy fix.
