Best and fast solution to clone ecu is resolder Flash AMD 29F400B with hot air and resolder

Or you can use bdm programming with this product, i have build this and use on saab.

BDM Interface Saab Trionic T5 T7 Tuning Nokia Dbox | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/BDM-Interface-Saab-Trionic-T5-T7-tuning-Nokia-Dbox-/360703528315?pt=DE_Autoteile&hash=item53fb9b0d7b)

I fix it!
Did BDM read/write
Change Immo + Vin

You get diffrent files if you desolder flash and read on Willem Programmer or if you BDM reading...
why?

Car don`t start... :(
Twice problem....

Do someone know were twice code is in ECU?

or I have to do like this:
married a T7 ECU is this:
1:Go to TWICE and divorce the radio.
2:Then shut the car off and swap ECU's.
3:With the new ECU in, go back to TWICE and "Program Immobilizer (http://motors.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=immobilizer)". You will have to wait the 270(?) seconds before it will program it.
4:Then re-marry the radio and all should work just fine"

But it should be nice to do this on bench, but is twice code in Eeprom on motherboard?

I did connect TECH2 and program immo and the car starts, so that is fine!

BUT were is the code for sync Twice and ECU?
I can`t understand were!...
Do BDM read total flash or?
Do Twice code hide in Eeprom or MCU?

It must be coding in a ecu on bench and directly get it to work in car.

I did desolder flash and clone by Wellon programmer but I still have Twice problem.
I did move over MCU (160pin) but don`t work, still need marrie Twice....

1:I did desolder flash and clone by Wellon programmer but I still have Twice problem.
2: I did change MCU (160pin).

At the first the car don`t start, so I check solder points on the front side but it looks OK.
BUT on the backside I hade bad solder point from heating and moving the MCU.
I did fix the bad soldering and mount back in the car.
Turn key and it STARTS!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

So Twice code is in MCU!
The 160 pin MCU as has no name/producer has 2 area, flash and ram.

Next problem is "no name" on MCU....

I don`t think Saab has coded the MCU so we need to find pinout for this MCU and read it.
Someone how knows anything about this MCU?

for cloning ecu is need to move flash and mcu . In this weekend tested , moved only flash vehicle can`t start , mooving after the MCU the car starts without problem .

YOU CAN READ THESE WITH MPPS ON THE BENCH....FIND THE ECU PINOUT,AND CHECK WIRING DIAGRAM,THERE IS A COUPLE OF MORE LIVES AND EARTHS TO ADD TO THE PIN OUT.....BUT I DID ONE LAST WEEK...MPPS V12 WORKED A TREAT.

sori for caps.

Did you only read flash and program to used ecu and then start the car?

yes.it reads just the flash, which is all you want if you just want to tune it

but if you want to clone the ecu,i would use fgtech2...bdmetc,and read all the ecu.

Are you sure that with Fgtech2
You can read this ECU in BDM ?

yes....check out the bdm instruction...i found them for trionic 7...the one i did wos a saab 9-3...open the ecu up and you will see the common bosch type bdm pads....but i think the configuration is different to bosch...

but please correct me if im wrong...
