connecting an mp3 player/ipod to a 6cd changer

I have a factory stereo on my Toyota Corolla Verso with a 6cd changer. Is there anyway i can attach an iso connector/splitter that will enable me to connect an mp3 player or an ipod to the cd changer?
any help or advice will be appreciated!!!
