Fgtech stopped working

I have Fgtech stopped working, when insert into usb port, it detected as serial converter not at Fgtech device!!!

How solve this problem?

write bin manual with eeprom programmer

which eeprom must writing? cause not seen 93cxx or 24cxx, just seen ft232RL

You must flash with mprog but you must have file adapted to your hardware......

What action can do because for error I loaded another file and now Mprog read but no write and recognizes interface (of course this file cant make run the device) Its possible to rewrite with Xprog or some programmer?.
