how to change language

Hi, I need your help to change the language for my Mercedes-Benz Class C203 220CDI, actually the language is German.

Use multifunction steering wheel, find settings and there you can change language...

I am Using multifunction steering wheel, but I don't know where is the button OK or Validate !

Use buttons on left side of steering for confirmation not sure wich one one is for ok and one for return...
