Missing channel

A friend has lost a channel, apparently it has changed frequency. Can anyone advise how I can get it back for her. Thanks in advance for replies.

where is your channel list of sats that you should have kept since you started:blue:

I will check with her, unlikely she deleted anything. Does she rescan to to get them back?

You scan the Frequency that the channel is located on thanks to the helpful list from Cactikid aftre that it will store it in the 'New' services scan folder so you can locate it there and move it back to your favourites with the menu option in bouquets using the remote control
