Toyota yaris 2012 1.0 0261 S07 104 ecu replace

Hi,
I have problem becuse I need replace broken ecu by new one. Ecu bosch: 0 261 S07 104, 89661-0DF10. MCU ST10F275 and eprom 95160.
I think that immo is on st10 and 95160 because I replace 95160 and car start only for 1 sec. How read this chip? Xprog, Mpps ?

Connet pin 4 13 obd (tc cg) juper wire for 30 min

Dear Friend.
make a bridge between pin 4 and pin 13 of the OBDII connector for 30 minutes, then please make a comment on the outcome. also suggest reading ecu immo and then post.

why read immo when there is no problem with keys?
