Hi
Hi have a 2010 Porsche Panamera here. My question is, can the control unit be done on Obd by DP3 polish, or do I have to take it out ?

Thanks
steve

Whats that got to do with the price of fish?

A dash is not an ecu

If you look on dp3 forum, this question was answered by elprosys. The answer was:

it's inside Panamera OBDII software , then ECM kilometers value is detected will appear : KM = XXXXX (km from dash) and below ECM KM = XXXXX (this is value from engine ECM)
This function works just with KWP2000 ECM's is not covering Yet UDS ECM's

We're not talking about fish here old boy post no3 was asking if he tried smelecom I assume he was on about dash as smelecom don't have ecu by OBD
