CDP+ autocom

Hi, I do have a small problem with autocom cdp+ from china, I updates the box to the 2013 version and I everytime I start the tool it takes 5 minutes to startup because I get the message ''used for the first time please wait etc... with a progress bar''. How can this be solved, is very annoying? I also had it with the 2012 version. Thanks.

Which version 2013.2 ? I had same problem with trucks install i just deleted trucks software an lic folder reinstalled and activated it again seems to have sorted it
