hello more news

I read with avdi, the ecu select EDC16 U34 , and only read 512 kb

I write the mod and original file ,read with avdi and the car not start, avdi calculate checksums, all time front fan at max speed... with the original file read with avdi, and mod

I find a original file for this unit, with 2048 mbytes. can any mod for hot start?

the version is 382082 for AN and AL units

very thanks to all for your time

After flashing, have you identification or something?
If the ECU communicate, what the diagnostic says?

P.S.
The file, that you readed from the ecu is exactly the same with the same part of the 2mb file, that you are found...
If the ECU is still flashable by OBD, take MPPS, or Galletto2, or whatever you want, and reprogram the ECU with it... If not, then you have to reprogramm the flash via BDM... If you have succes, then you may think for hotstart problem.

Hello

The problem is the flash utility, avdi only read 512kb for EDC16 U34, very rare, the others EDC16 , read all size flash, avdi support not solve the problem... can not flash with this utility, for solve the big not start problem I reflash the ecu with the lastest original software from the VAS 5054 flashen files, and the car start without problem

go to buy a galleto 2 , and when received try with the last file mod

very thanks to all

yes , after flashing, you can diagnose without problem , not dtc ...very rare , but the car not start, identical if flash with a file without checksum

Don't even think to make this! When you have Galletto 2 READ AGAIN the flash, and make "hotstart fix"!
Cheers!
