help my for VCM JLR

Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help me!!! I installed JLR V134 and used the crack as recommended in the description. But when i link the VCM with the car it identifies the VIN correctly but it gets stuck on "collecting information" process!!! After about 3 min I get a message saying "Device Disconnected" has anyone experienced the same issue? An I doing something wrong? Do I need to install IDS to be able to use JLR?

JLR and IDS cannot be installed on the same computer, unless you partition, I have legit version of IDS subscribed and download JLR and have no issues except that my VCM is updated to newer version and JLR says that it needs to update and launch legacy tools, so i let it and then just click X on the update of the tool and use legacy JLR to do full scan and works great
