Lexia connects to only INJECTION and ABS

I purchased Lexia interface from China and I have a problem. Lexia 3.45 connects to only INJECTION and ABS - Xsara Picasso 2006. I do not want to connect to the BSI. Laptop clean only with XP + SP3. The interface is well seen in XP. 3x LED flashes and then stays on. Please help

Friend the pcb can Interfas missing the relay and therefore not connected with other modules
