epg only showing 7day free to air channels

just setting up solo and when i press epg it gives 7day on free to air channels but paid channels it just gives now and next and wont go over to more on top menu have i missed a setting in epg set up there are so many.

If your using it just for 28.2? east then in Crossepg set the download for OpenTV and tick the 28.2? east setting, and then do a manual download.

If that still does not work then where you have the EPG stored either Hard Drive or usb delete the EPG folder and do a fresh download
